Dear Authors,

As anticipated, we are going to publish conference papers in the special issue of “Silesian Journal of Legal Studies”.
All speakers that wish to have their paper published there are kindly asked to send the finally prepared papers until the 15th of June.
The paper should not exceed 7000 words (plus references).
As regards footnotes please follow the pattern of “Silesian Journal” that we have distributed (standard form: H.L.A. Hart, The Concept of Law, Clarendon Press, Oxford 1961, p.42).
Depending on the number of papers that we will receive, some selection may turn out necessary. We will inform each contributor whether we will be able to publish her paper within several weeks after the deadline for sending papers.

Detailed technical requirements for thesis design:

• Thesis text should be typed in English, using MS WORD 7 or later version. Document type: *.doc.
• Line spacing – 1,5; margin: top 15, bottom 15, left 25 mm, right 25 mm;
• Thesis starts with the authors names list. In case, when co-authors represent different organizations, it should be marked by *,**,*** etc. symbols.
• Next line should contain: name of the university, city, country.
• Text should begin with the heading typed in capital letters and bold font Times New Roman Cyr size 12.
• Leave one line empty and then type the abstract which should't exceed 500 symbols.
• Mark italics and bold, if needed.
• Text parameters: font Times New Roman Cyr size 12. Please do not paste extra space between the words and lines.
